“Many thanks to the company for the car rental. The car was delivered right to the airport, they met us with a sign, showed and explained everything, gave tips on local driving specifics. There were also no problems with the return. Everything was smooth. Communication in Russian! The cars are new, in excellent condition! I recommend!”

“An extremely simple and clear service, fast and accessible. The rental process took about 10 minutes, 5 of which we spent dropping off our little scooter at the parking lot. The Turks with all their rituals are nervously smoking on the sidelines. We rented a Mazda — it was literally brand new (mileage around 2 thousand). The return was just as fast and smooth. Getting the deposit back took a week, but luckily it came back in full. And yes, here they don't just speak Russian — the manager is actually a native Russian speaker))) That's two huge differences, and mutual understanding can be reached much faster”

“I rented a car from this rental company for 21 days in March 2025. A few lines with subjective assessments of the rental experience. About the owner. Alexey is Russian-speaking, which immediately reduces the number of problems during the rental compared to owners of a similar business among Vietnamese. He is responsible, friendly, and knows the local specifics of the road situation well. I recommend discussing these specifics with him. He doesn't shy away from conversation, gives reasonable comments about the driving style of the Vietnamese, how gas stations operate, the nuances of traffic rules, routes, the condition of the roads on them, etc. Several times I contacted him by phone asking for comments on regional attractions — he answers all calls and messages in the messenger. About the car. A Chevrolet Cruze, I used the car every day, usually for trips to the beach outside Nha Trang. I drove to Da Lat. The car is far from new, probably with considerable mileage, but technically well maintained: the interior is cleaned, neat, without unpleasant odors, the seats and steering wheel aren't worn out, the engine caused no problems, the steering has no play, adequate brakes. The shock absorbers and suspension springs were probably slightly worn, but that fatigue was offset by the fair rental price. Picking up and returning the car went without incidents, delays, or unfounded claims. In my case, no claims. Alexey left a pleasant impression. I recommend him.”
“Alexey, thank you for the car! At first it was a bit scary to leave a deposit of 50,000₽, since the refund was only supposed to happen once we were back in Russia, but we decided to go for it, because we didn't want to go to Dalat with tour groups. We arrived on a bike early in the morning, left it with Alexey (the area is guarded and safe). Late in the evening we returned the car and left on the bike. The traffic rules in Vietnam were clearly explained to us — while they're not so strict with bikes, for breaking the rules in a car there are huge fines. That's why the deposit is so high. Before us, some guys rented a car and broke every rule possible, so the risks for both sides are understandable, hence such a deposit. We had a great trip to Dalat, were a bit stunned by having to keep to the speed limit, and at some point we had to drive behind a cattle truck at 20 km/h and couldn't overtake, but it's all experience :) We got a little stressed — the car was new and didn't have a transponder, we spent a very long time explaining ourselves to the Vietnamese road guys, got stuck for 40 minutes. Everything else was great. On the way back we drove along the serpentine road in the dark and fog, tucked in behind a sleeper bus. The deposit was returned. I recommend renting a car here!”

“I rented a Hyundai Stargazer for 4 days, then extended it for one more day — lucky it was available. Over 5 days we covered the route Nha Trang - Da Lat - Mui Ne - Phan Rang - Nha Trang. Everything was great with the car. Vietnamese at other agencies didn't want to give a car without a driver, and I never understood why. In one place they offered a car almost 10 times more expensive, it was cheaper to take one with a driver. I had an international license, apparently they were afraid of big fines. The attitude toward rental seems European — nobody checks for small marks and chips. Alexey advised and explained everything, and before the trip he sent a memo on driving in Vietnam. I had read up on the specifics in advance, but it was still nice — I found a few unknown details)”
