A refundable security deposit is left when you collect the car — usually in cash — and returned in full when you hand it back undamaged. The amount depends on the class of car and is shown on every price card.

Staying for a season, a semester or a contract? Renting by the day stops making sense somewhere around the fourth week. This is the same fleet on monthly terms: every car carries its monthly price, and you book the one you want the same way you would book for a weekend.
You book a specific car. If it is not available on the day — in for servicing, or back later than planned — we give you another of the same or a higher class, agreed with you before handover.
How a monthly rental differs

You budget in months, so we quote in months. No per-day arithmetic, no seasonal surcharges, no surge pricing.
The longer the term, the lower the month
Every car has a rate ladder by term. Six months costs less per month than one — the whole ladder is on the price page.
Servicing is ours
Routine maintenance and scheduled servicing are on us. You pay for fuel, tolls, parking and any fines.

Extending and ending early
Tell your manager before the current term runs out and we extend it on the spot — the new term is priced off the same ladder, so a rental that grows from three months to six moves onto the six-month rate. Ending early is agreed case by case; the month you are in is the unit we bill.
When the car goes in for servicing
The car is ours and we maintain it. If it needs servicing during your rental, we agree the timing with you in advance rather than springing it on you.

Questions people actually ask
- What is the minimum term?
- Thirty days. Anything shorter is priced better on our daily rates, so the booking engine will serve you there instead.
- How is the monthly price worked out?
- Each car has a ladder of monthly rates by term: one month, three months or more, six months or more. You pay the rate for the term you commit to. Rates are shown before tax, exactly as on our daily prices, and VAT is added at checkout. Seasonal multipliers, promo codes and the demand surcharge that apply to daily bookings do not apply here.
- How does the deposit work on a long rental?
- The same way as on a daily rental, only once: a refundable deposit is left at handover, usually in cash, and returned in full when the car comes back undamaged. It is not re-taken every month. The amount depends on the class of car.
- Is protection included?
- No — protection is chosen separately, exactly as on a daily booking. The base rate carries a 15,000,000 ₫ excess; paid plans bring that down, and Premium takes it to zero. Your manager sets the plan up with the contract.
- Is there a mileage limit?
- No. Every car in the fleet has unlimited mileage, on daily and monthly terms alike.
- Who pays for servicing, tyres and repairs?
- We do. Routine maintenance, scheduled servicing and wear items are ours. Fuel, tolls, parking, traffic fines and any damage you cause are yours.
- Do I get exactly the car in the photo?
- You book a specific car. Over several months a particular vehicle occasionally has to go in for servicing, and then you get another of the same or a higher class — agreed with you before handover, never swapped without a word.
- Can I extend after the term ends?
- Yes, and it is the normal outcome. Tell your manager before the term ends and the rental continues on the ladder rate for the new, longer term.
