“Воспользовался услугами данного прокатного сервиса в конце августа. Машину дали классом выше, чем планировал. Отличная 7-ми местная машина. Семьей съездили в Дананг на два дня. Очень все понравилось, решили продлить еще на два дня, менеджеры все быстро согласовали без дополнительных временных трат. В общем все отлично, рекомендую. Машину получали и передавали у отеля, это супер! Все очень быстро. Депозит вернули сразу же, это очень комфортно. Сразу обговорили что были платные дороги, это учли при расчете. “We rented a seven-seat Mitsubishi Xpander with friends for a trip to Da Lat. The car was new and clean. A very convenient service delivering the car to any point in the city. No extra hassle with documents, everything quick and clear, and quite cheap too. A separate plus - the deposit was returned at the moment of handing back the car. We will definitely come back if we're in Nha Trang again.”
“A responsible company. There's a contract, support, various payment options. The car was in excellent condition, everything worked properly, the air conditioner handled the heat👍. Don't be afraid of Vietnamese traffic, they drive slowly and predictably, watch the road and everything will be fine. Driving in Russia is harder, in my opinion. To avoid fines, don't exceed the speed limit (you won't really be able to anyway because of the other road users) and don't use your phone while driving. The left lane here isn't for overtaking, it's for cars, while the right lane is mostly for bikes and those who want to pass. The only thing to fear is Russian pedestrians, they still think you should let them cross. 😁 We took a Toyota sedan for almost the entire vacation and it turned out to be inexpensive. The places we visited, the emotions and impressions are worth it. I had no problems with parking, and when our car got boxed in by bikes, the locals helped move them and "clear" a path through them 😁. We saw police on the roads, but we were never once stopped. Thanks to the winrent team for helping make our vacation unforgettable 🤝”

“Hello everyone! We rented a car for 2 days in early July for a trip to Da Lat — for 2 families it was very cost-effective compared to tours, and on the second day we also drove to Doc Let. You need an International Driving Permit, which they warn you about right away; if you don't have one, you need to weigh the risks. They handed over the car very quickly, and during the rental they also resolved issues promptly (with paying for toll roads), and the vehicle return was just as fast and efficient. The deposit was returned in full within the agreed timeframe. All in all, I recommend it! Wishing the company success!”

“We used the car rental service for a sightseeing trip to the city of Da Lat. The car was provided the same day after negotiations on WhatsApp, delivered right to the hotel. A fairly new Hyundai in good technical condition at an affordable price. We also arranged full CASCO insurance and left a deposit in case of fines. When handing over the car, we photographed all the existing "dings" on the body. The trip went great. After all, a car gives freedom of movement and maneuvering. We visited many attractions. Only positive impressions remained. But first you need to get used to the local customs and driving style. In general, we can recommend this company for car rental.”

“We (my wife and I) messaged the owner when we arrived in Vietnam. The reply was very fast. We rented one car for one week (the car was good - Suzuki XL7) and the driver offered us to bring it to us. After one week we messaged the driver again if he can pick up the car from our hotel at night and that was also no problem. “Брали машину в Камрани на 2 дня в VinRent, а в качестве приятного бонуса нам подарили еще и третий день аренды. Уже с этого момента настроение было отличное. 😊 Ребята очень приятные и располагают к себе. Сергей за небольшую доплату привез машину прямо к нашему отелю, быстро все показал, объяснил и оставил нас знакомиться с нашей маленькой белой резвой красоткой KIA. За эти дни она прокатила нас по очень красивым местам: мы съездили на термальные источники, в Нячанг и даже в Далат. Благодаря машине увидели, насколько Вьетнам красивый и разнообразный. Отдельно хочется отметить доверительное отношение. Сергей даже не стал сразу брать оплату — просто сказал, что позже пришлет реквизиты. А еще посоветовал классное кафе, где действительно оказалось очень вкусно. Во время аренды у меня случилась неприятность — случайно сломала крепление камеры заднего вида. Очень переживала, что придется оплачивать ремонт, но Сергей спокойно сказал, что все в порядке, и денег с нас за это не взяли. Вот это я понимаю — клиентоориентированность! Кстати, штрафы во Вьетнаме очень серьезные, поэтому ездили максимально аккуратно. По стоимости аренды ребята вообще приятно удивили — цены у них действительно очень хорошие по сравнению с другими компаниями. Оплатить можно даже российской картой, а залог — переводом. Теперь о залоге. Он довольно большой — 600 долларов. Перед тем как переводить такую сумму, я перечитала множество отзывов и только потом решилась. И здесь есть важный момент: по договору залог возвращается не раньше чем через 10 дней после окончания аренды. Это стоит учитывать заранее и планировать бюджет. Честно говоря, я немного переживала: если вдруг возникнут проблемы с возвратом, мы уже будем в России. В итоге залог вернули на 17-й день, так как у ребят возникли сложности с переводом. Но все это время Сергей и Алексей были на связи, постоянно отвечали, извинялись за задержку, держали ситуацию под контролем и даже сделали небольшой приятный бонус в качестве компенсации. За это большое спасибо. Сдача машины вообще прошла максимально просто: нам сказали оставить ключи на ресепшене отеля. Машину никто даже не осматривал, хотя мы заранее все сфотографировали для себя. В общем, компанию могу смело рекомендовать. Ребята работают спокойно, без лишней суеты, но при этом очень профессионально и с человеческим отношением к клиентам. Если бы не задержка с возвратом залога, поставила бы твердую 5 из 5. А так — 5 с маленьким, совсем маленьким минусом. Но при следующей поездке я бы снова обратилась именно к ним.”

They brought it over and picked it up at the agreed time. The company representative was always reachable, and we even communicated in Russian. We rented through Localrent and paid the advance with a Russian card. The full payment and deposit had to be paid in cash, you can't pay with Russian credit cards, but there is an option to pay via SBP. The advance was refunded, no problems arose. Many thanks”
