They promptly helped resolve the issue with the toll road. And overall a very loyal attitude! The car was excellent, returned clean and in good technical condition, it didn't let me down!”
“We rented a car for 4 days with the service: Delivery to the hotel. Everything went well, the car was new, clean, and matched the description. They brought it over and picked it up at the agreed time. The company representative was always reachable, and we even communicated in Russian. We rented through Localrent and paid the advance with a Russian card. The full payment and deposit had to be paid in cash, you can't pay with Russian credit cards, but there is an option to pay via SBP. The advance was refunded, no problems arose. Many thanks”

“Бронировал автомобиль Кia Morning в апреле 2026 г. на одни сутки через агрегатор Localrent.com в Нячанге (Вьетнам). Напрямую бронировать в VinRent Car Rental Nha Trang не решился ввиду отсутствия опыта бронирования в местных прокатных компаниях с акцентом на возможность урегулирования возможных рисков по спорным вопросам через русскоязычного агрегатора. Стоимость аренды через агрегатора выше, нежели напрямую в прокатной компании, но эти расходы изначально учитывались мною по вышеупомянутой причине. Бронирование прошло оперативно с предоставлением прокатного ваучера Localrent по электронной почте. Общение с представителем прокатной компании происходило в мессенджере What’s App на русском языке. Заявленный автомобиль по факту заменили на Toyota Vios без увеличения стоимости договора за повышение класса. Автомобиль доставили к месту проживания в отеле заблаговременно (услуга платная), подписание договора аренды заняло не более трёх минут с учетом осмотра транспортного средства. Состояние автомобиля (кузов и салон) — на должном уровне без нареканий. В целом, аренда автомобиля прошла без каких-либо накладок и происшествий без замечаний к прокатчику. Плюсы: 1. Возможность оплаты брони и депозита дебетовыми или кредитными картами платёжной системы Мир, наличными средствами (в том числе, российскими рублями), СБП- переводами; 2. Своевременный возврат депозита в сроки, указанные в прокатном ваучере, а именно: на 10-й день после завершения аренды. Возврат происходил посредством СБП-перевода без задержек; 3. Русскоязычная поддержка: представитель прокатной компании на все запросы отвечал оперативно, содержательно и конструктивно; 4. Доставка авто к месту проживания в отеле и возврат в той же локации (услуга платная); 5. Уважительное отношение к клиенту, внимательный подход, вежливое общение. Минусы: 1. Отчасти насторожил п. 7.1 договора аренды, с которым столкнулся при подписании документа. Да простит меня Прокатная компания, если вдруг допущу неточность перевода с английского, но если почти дословно, то пункт в договоре звучит так: Идентификация нарушений: VinRent использует GPS-трекеры, автомобильные видеокамеры и другие технические устройства для мониторинга состояния и использования транспортного средства в течение периода аренды. Любые нарушения правил дорожного движения, произошедшие в течение срока аренды, могут быть зарегистрированы и приписаны арендатору, даже если штрафы не будут сообщены VinRent властями Вьетнама. Далее в договоре перечислены сами штрафы: Применимые договорные сборы: • Превышение скорости до 5 км/ч: 1 500 000 донгов; • Превышение скорости до 10 км/ч: 3 000 000 донгов; • Превышение скорости до 20 км/ч: 12 000 000 донгов; • Превышение скорости более 20 км/ч: 18 000 000 донгов; • Проезд на красный свет (на основе данных GPS): 40 000 000 донгов. Возможно я не правильно истолковал данный пункт договора (пусть поправит меня Прокатчик, если это так), но насколько я смог его понять, Прокатчик оставляет за собой право самостоятельно устанавливать штрафы за превышение скорости и проезд на красный сигнал светофора путем использования собственных мониторинговых устройств, даже в том случае, если эти нарушения не были зафиксированы властями Вьетнама. Как в таком случае Арендатор может оспаривать выставляемые Прокатчиком штрафы, в случае, если он с ними не согласен, да и власти Вьетнама их не зафиксировали — для меня не совсем понятно. С данным условием договора мне прежде не доводилось встречаться в других прокатных компаниях — Hertz, Avis, Budget и др. — может, я,конечно, отстал от жизни или не знаю специфики аренды авто в ЮВА, но меня этот пункт в договоре, всё-таки, заставил задуматься. Безусловно, он дисциплинирует водителя в момент эксплуатации авто, но и оставляет его с возможными финансовыми рисками, на мой взгляд, поскольку один-два таких штрафа, выставленных Прокатчиком без участия властей Вьетнама, могут с лихвой покрыть весь депозит в 600 $:). Вывод: надежная прокатная компания. Заслуживает самых лучших оценок и отзывов. Отдельное спасибо Прокатчику за своевременный возврат депозита.”

“Rented a car twice. 15 April 2026 - KIA Grand Sedona. 04 May 2026 - Ford Everest. In both cases everything was done in a humane way, they responded promptly, explained everything, showed everything and gave us the car. We paid the deposit via QR by bank transfer in Vietnamese dong. They returned our deposit about 2 weeks after we returned the car. Everything is super. I can confidently recommend this company and these guys. The cars are clean and well maintained. Most importantly, they don't nitpick over trifles and don't make up things that aren't there - I've had a lot of experience with various companies in various countries, many of them "mess with your head" and try to milk you for money. I'm glad I managed to find a reasonable service in Nha Trang.”

Picking up and returning the car was as fast as possible. The price matched what was stated, without any markups. The deposit was returned in full. “Easy and convenient to rent, but you need an international driving license, and they don't accept credit cards. Driving in Nha Trang isn't hard either. In Vietnam people drive much slower than in Thailand. I go to Vietnam often, usually I use a motorbike. This is the first place I've found that rents cars to foreigners. Normally in Da Nang I have to borrow from a Vietnamese friend to use one.”

“First time in Vietnam, we decided to rent a car for three days for a trip to Da Lat and didn't regret it for a moment. We looked for the car through the localrent aggregator. We chose a car, and the owner offered us a higher class — KIA Sedona (at no extra charge). The car was gorgeous, very comfortable. The whole family was delighted. The car was delivered to our hotel at the appointed time — clean and in good condition. The deposit was 600 dollars in cash. When returning the car, they met us halfway and returned the deposit the very next day, even though under the contract the owner can return the deposit within 10 days after the end of the rental. Many thanks! We drove carefully, so I think there won't be any fines ) On our next visit, we plan to rent directly from this company. I recommend it to everyone!”
