“A relative came to visit and we decided to take a trip to Da Lat. I asked some acquaintances, and they immediately recommended Aleksey. The price, admittedly, isn't what you'd call low, but the car exceeded expectations. It was in excellent condition, and there were no problems at all during the whole trip. We drove 600 km in 3 days and saw everything we wanted. We're delighted. The deposit was returned about 5 days after returning the car, minus the toll road charges — the amounts are calculated automatically, and Aleksey sends screenshots.”

“Excellent car rental company, everything is clear and understandable, no fluff and no hidden pitfalls. Aleksey is a great guy, it was a pleasure communicating with him, he explained everything in detail and, most importantly, clearly, he was very patient since I took a long time choosing a car. I received all the information I was interested in in full. The car was delivered to the airport at the specified time. While we were driving from the airport to Nha Trang, Aleksey explained in detail all the points worth keeping in mind. And this is very important since the traffic and rules in Vietnam differ greatly from most countries. The car is new and clean. We paid a fairly large deposit, and after returning the car it was refunded in full to the card on the same day. “Супер гуд, а если подробнее, то начнем с подготовки к поездке. Сохраняя место за местом вокруг Нячанга, я поняла что автобусы не для нас, хочется свободы в передвижениях, такси, дорого и не факт что кто-то согласится так отдаленно ехать (Далат), на мопеде не очень хотелось ехать по трассе с дождем. Выбор пал на машину. При запросе в Гугл, первый выбор VinRent, лазая по сайту я обнаружила множество интересных статей про Нячанг и окрестности, а также про специфику вождения во Вьетнаме. Также было сказано что необходимо оформить международные права, я думала что это не серьезно, так как на некоторых сайтах было написано что не надо. В том, числе Яндекс (он наврал). Из-за всей этой смуты я решила написать Алексею (владелец проката автомобилей) он был очень вежлив и подробно все рассказал, никаких вопросов не осталось. Международные права НУЖНЫ!!! Если вам другие прокатчики говорят что нет, не верьте. Во Вьетнаме с этим строго. Оформить международные права конвенции 1968 года очень быстро, через Госуслуги запишитесь на прием в ГБДД и за пару минут вам все сделают, цена вопроса 1700 рублей. Приехав во Вьетнам мы написали Алексею 31 декабря и сказали что хотим Мазду - 1 января в 2 часа дня. Без каких либо вопросов, нам рассчитали стоимость. Самое приятное что можно оплатить в Рублях переводом!!!! В ситуации с тем, что русские карты не работают и даже при наличии денег их не снять, такая услуга очень актуальна. 1 января мы приехали в назначенный адрес, Алексей провел инструктаж, мы попросили его проехаться с нами пять минут чтобы не возникло вопросов дальше, мы проехались, все вопросы были заданы, инструктаж проведен, и мы помчали в Далат. Дороги там очень красивые. Узнаю что мы едем в Далат, Алексей поделился инстречными местами куда можно сходить в Далате, да и в целом, мы интересовались какими-то местами в Нячанге, Алексей нвм подсказывал. Будучи первый раз во Вьетнаме и не знаю особенности местного населения и культуры, мы прислушивались к его советам, так как человек живущий тут несколько лет и растя тут детей, точно знает все тонкости. Также Алексей всегда был на связи, что придавало уверенности в действиях. Зная что нас не бросят😅 Вернули мы машинку немного грязной, так как не успели помыть (вы так не делайте), но целой. Несмотря на то, что машинка низенькая, мы везде проехали. В общем от поездки остались в восторге, машина скрасила наше приключение. А Алексей был с нами на одной волне Очень рекомендую арендовать тут машины, во-первых классный выбор машин, во-вторых цена очень радует, в-третьих, удобный интерфейс, и наконец, в-четвертых, сервис, Алексей огромный молодец, настоящий человек. Ему можно доверять, он все расскажет и сделает ваше путешествие более спокойным и интересным. От души рекомендую!!! Прикладываю фото красоток”

“We rented a 7-seater Hyundai Stargazer for 12 days for a family trip (6 people) to Da Nang, Da Lat, Dak Lak, Mui Ne and the surroundings of Nha Trang. The car was in excellent condition both externally and technically, very comfortable and economical, and we had no problems during the whole trip (2200 km). I booked the car through the website, indicated what I needed, and the calculator automatically calculated the final rental cost. No prepayment is required — I just arrived on the chosen day and time, paid the rental cost and made a deposit in cash in rubles. “We rented a car in the second half of September. We found this rental by chance on Google Maps and, after reading the reviews, saw that there was a website with Alexey's contact details. After getting in touch, we learned the car rental terms and made a booking. On the appointed rental day, we arrived, inspected the car and signed the contract. Alexey clearly explained the nuances of driving and parking, sent a driving guide for the SRV, advised which navigator would be best to use, and provided a child seat. During the few days of rental, we managed to visit Dalat and drive around the outskirts of Nha Trang, finding many gorgeous beaches. The car was in fully working condition, clean and lively! My passengers and I were thrilled! Driving in traffic is quite easy and stress-free if you do everything smoothly and carefully. After we returned the car, we received the deposit in full as agreed, 7 days later. I recommend VinRent rental as a reliable and quality service! Thank you very much and see you next time!”
“In September 2024 we rented a Mazda CX5. We picked up the car at Cam Ranh airport. Everything was smooth and fast, we agreed on the pick-up / return time in advance. The company representatives were always reachable. I really liked that they gave a very, very detailed instruction with the specifics of driving in Vietnam. The car is in good condition, not perfect, but fine for its mileage. As wishes for the rental, if they read the comments + for those renting a car: 1. the fuel was 1/4 of a tank (stated in the contract), it would have been more convenient to have a "full tank", but it's not a big deal; 2. the exit from the airport parking is paid, good thing we had cash with us, otherwise it's unclear how to exit (we weren't warned about this). Bottom line: big thanks to the guys! We've closed the question of finding a car rental in this region of Vietnam for ourselves. We'll keep using their services in the future!”
“I used the rental service in early August. I took a Vinfast Lux. I was very satisfied. Pros: a wide selection of cars, quick response to the request, communication in Russian, the option to leave a deposit in rubles to a Russian card, convenient pickup and return at the desired location for a minimal surcharge, free child seat, the car in good condition, help and advice for those unfamiliar with driving in Vietnam. The only downside I can name is the limited mileage, but that's common practice for all rental companies. Best of luck to Alexey! For renting a car in Nha Trang, only go here.”
