Customer reviews
Real reviews from travelers who rented with VinRent across Vietnam.
“Very good service. We receive the car at the hotel and return on airport. The car was clean and in good shape. We were 5 persons with a lot of luggage and the Mitsubishi Xpander was perfect for that. We can fully recommend this rental car company in Nha Trang.”
“A very friendly and convenient company for renting. The Russian-speaking manager Alexey explained everything about the specifics of driving in Vietnam. Thanks to this, the 10 days of rental went without any incidents, although the Vietnamese driving style is a nightmare for a European. Payment and deposit refund through the MIR card, which is also very convenient for our times. And the car was in good condition and comfortable. Many thanks to VINRENT!”
“The task was to rent a car to get to Da Lat and drive around the surrounding areas there. We contacted Aleksey, everything was very clear and the car was provided precisely on time. Thank you, Aleksey, for accepting the car at a different location. Everything was right on time, thank you so much, the company is excellent, I recommend it!!!!”
“Very good service. The cars are good. The owner is always in touch and responds to everything very quickly. We picked up and returned the car right at the airport. Overall, I recommend it.”
“I rented a car for a month, everything was great! Aleksey explained everything clearly, gave me a good car, was always in touch, I can confidently recommend this car rental company! Thank you! Prosperity to you and your company!”
“I rented the car for 2 days. The car was very new. The contract was signed quickly and without unnecessary bureaucracy. Aleksey explains the local driving specifics in detail. If you want to explore the surroundings or visit other cities, I highly recommend it.”
“I would like to thank Alexey once again for renting out the car! We took the car from 03/09/25 to 03/13/25 for a trip to Da Lat. The scenery kept us for an extra day, and extending the rental was no problem. The car handled the difficult mountain passes in rainy weather excellently. The impressions of the local beauty will stay with us for a lifetime. As for payment, Alexey, being an honest businessman and person, did everything 100%. The cost matched the agreed terms, and he returned the deposit ahead of schedule. All our fears about leaving 50,000 rubles with a stranger and driving 5,000 km back home were dispelled. This company can and should be trusted. Reach out without a drop of doubt. P.S.: Alexey gives useful recommendations and advice on how to behave on the roads of this wonderful country, Vietnam.”
“I have no complaints about the company's work, I'm satisfied with everything. I rented a car for 3 days. Aleksey was always available. Before the trip I got a consultation on the local traffic rules. There were no problems with the deposit refund.”
“We rented a car in February 2025 for 10 days. The booking service is clear and convenient. After booking, the owner Alexey personally contacted us and helped choose the best option — in our case the KIA SEDONA, a large, comfortable car, especially for five people. Technically it was flawless; over the whole time we drove about 2,000 km. Alexey was always in touch, advised and helped with any question. An attentive, polite, friendly person. At the end of the rental, the deposit was returned within the agreed timeframe. My loved ones also liked everything very much. VinRent is an excellent car rental company in Nha Trang. I definitely recommend it to everyone.”
“Excellent service. Good and new cars. Grateful for the opportunity to travel without restrictions and in comfort.”
“I rented a Honda Civic for a week. The car was in excellent technical condition. Alexey explained all the nuances of driving in Vietnam, which really helped me drive in this chaos. There were no problems with the deposit refund, everything was within the agreed timeframe. If I'm in Nha Trang again, I'll definitely turn to this company.”
“Trustworthy service, all was according agreements, timely and very pleasant.”
“I rented a Hyundai Stargazer for 4 days, then extended it for one more day — lucky it was available. Over 5 days we covered the route Nha Trang - Da Lat - Mui Ne - Phan Rang - Nha Trang. Everything was great with the car. Vietnamese at other agencies didn't want to give a car without a driver, and I never understood why. In one place they offered a car almost 10 times more expensive, it was cheaper to take one with a driver. I had an international license, apparently they were afraid of big fines. The attitude toward rental seems European — nobody checks for small marks and chips. Alexey advised and explained everything, and before the trip he sent a memo on driving in Vietnam. I had read up on the specifics in advance, but it was still nice — I found a few unknown details)”
“Fast pickup, the car was in excellent condition, the Santa Fe is top-notch. The deposit was returned ahead of time, thanks for the awesome service 💪”
“A relative came to visit and we decided to take a trip to Da Lat. I asked some acquaintances, and they immediately recommended Aleksey. The price, admittedly, isn't what you'd call low, but the car exceeded expectations. It was in excellent condition, and there were no problems at all during the whole trip. We drove 600 km in 3 days and saw everything we wanted. We're delighted. The deposit was returned about 5 days after returning the car, minus the toll road charges — the amounts are calculated automatically, and Aleksey sends screenshots.”
“We rented a car for 1.5 months, and we really liked the way they treated us as customers — may God grant that all companies be like this! I recommend them to each and every one! A special thank you to Alexey!”
“We decided to go to Da Lat, contacted the owner, and the very next day — considering it was the weekend — we already had a car. The car was zippy and well-maintained. The owner explained everything in detail and returned the deposit in the shortest time (4 days!). I recommend: prompt, good cars and no hidden pitfalls. Renting a car in Nha Trang was our best decision.”
“We rented a Hyundai Stargazer for a week and drove more than 2000 km. The car was in excellent technical condition and comfortable to operate. The experience of renting a car from VinRent left positive emotions. The rental calculator on the website is convenient, everything is simple and clear. There are no hidden markups on the car rental price. Huge thanks to Aleksey for the attentive, professional support throughout the entire period of cooperation🙏👍. I recommend VinRent, pleasant people, honest terms👍!”
“I recommend this car rental in Vietnam! The prices are reasonable, the car is well-maintained and in very good condition, and contact with Alexey is also very pleasant and good. We toured southern Vietnam and Phu Quoc Island by car for a month. Best regards”
“Excellent car rental company, everything is clear and understandable, no fluff and no hidden pitfalls. Aleksey is a great guy, it was a pleasure communicating with him, he explained everything in detail and, most importantly, clearly, he was very patient since I took a long time choosing a car. I received all the information I was interested in in full. The car was delivered to the airport at the specified time. While we were driving from the airport to Nha Trang, Aleksey explained in detail all the points worth keeping in mind. And this is very important since the traffic and rules in Vietnam differ greatly from most countries. The car is new and clean. We paid a fairly large deposit, and after returning the car it was refunded in full to the card on the same day. I definitely recommend the company, everything is clear and we will definitely use them again. Thank you.”
“Good service 💯👍🏻 If you need a car urgently that is the right place! The owner Alexey was very nice and quickly helped us to find suitable big car for 7, thanks a lot ✨”
“Great cars, good rental conditions. Aleksey explained everything you need to know and how to behave on the road. Everything went very well. In general, I'm really pleased with this approach.”
“We rented a Kia Morning for 3 days. Everything was great. The price was reasonable. Clear and transparent terms. The car was in excellent condition. I definitely recommend it.”
“Excellent car rental service, fast, professional, without any unnecessary fuss. Got the car quickly, in 5 minutes. Returned it just as fast. The car they gave me was excellent - a fresh, clean Mazda 3 in the top trim. I liked everything, I recommend it. I left the deposit in cash dollars, they returned it right when I returned the car.”
“Everything went great. The car was in excellent condition, there was a little pillow in the cabin, and 2 umbrellas in the trunk in case of rain. The car was perfectly clean, Aleksey was always in touch. He helped with planning the route. I recommend it”
“Hello everyone! I rented a car from December 16 to January 1, and everything went just wonderfully. I chose a Honda Civic, they gave me a car in excellent condition that I drove about 1500 km, and there were no problems with the car at all. I especially want to thank Alexey, who sent me all the rules and specifics of driving in Vietnam in advance — if you follow them, no problems will arise. Answers to all my questions came promptly. Many thanks for the excellent service with reasonable prices, I'm very satisfied, and on my next trip I'll definitely rent a car from you again!)”
“Very straightforward and pleasant. I chose delivery to the hotel, which worked great. Alexey made a video of the car's condition to document it very easily. The car (in my case a Honda Civic) itself was well equipped and in very good technical condition. I would rent a car here again anytime.”
“I had an excellent experience with VinRent! The process was smooth and hassle-free, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I got the perfect vehicle for my needs. The car was clean, well-maintained, and ready to go when I arrived. Their pricing was fair, and the customer service was outstanding. I'll definitely be renting from them again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable rental!”
