Car selection is available on the website VinRent.Vn. Despite this, we also have cars that are not listed on the website (we often offer alternative options according to your choice, and you can also order the brand and model you want).
Despite the selection on the website, we always confirm the availability of cars additionally, as there is a high demand for our services, and many cars are rented out daily.
The deposit is 15,000,000 dong, refunded within 10 days after the end of the rental period (often earlier, around the 6th-8th day), as soon as we receive confirmation from the authorities that there are no fines.
Payment (rent and deposit) is made at the beginning of the rental period, after signing the contract. Payment methods: bank transfer, cash, cryptocurrency. Currency: USD, USDT, RUB, UAH, EUR. Exchange rate - P2P ByBit (VND/USDT).
Gasoline - you return as much as you fill. If less is returned, we calculate based on the remaining kilometers, multiply by the factory consumption rate, multiply by the fuel prices, and add 20%.
Return time - 24 hours is counted from the date the car was rented out. If the rental period is 25 hours, then it is considered as 2 days.
For rental, an international standard driver's license (1968 convention) or ASEAN is required. In case of absence, the deposit is 70,000,000 dong.
The rental price for a car consists of several components:
Base price per day: (depends on the car and rental duration). For example, the same car can cost 1,000,000 dong per day or 600,000 dong per day (for monthly rentals).
Rental options: going outside Khanh Hoa territory, more than 200km per day, more than 400km per day, our driver, child seat, and other options. These are paid additionally, and the amount is specified separately for each case on the calculator on the website.
Delivery: if you need the car delivered, we additionally charge 200,000 dong.
How does car rental work?
You choose a car on the website and make a reservation or contact us for us to make a reservation for you.
After making the reservation on the website or contacting us, we always check the availability, and if it's not available, we offer alternative options.
You come to us, or in case of delivery, we come to you, inspect the car, sign the contract, and hand over the keys.
We often provide a brief instruction on driving nuances in Vietnam.
Upon return from the trip - the process is reversed: marking in the contract about the return, inspection of the car, additional payment (in case of using additional options), and after checking - return of the deposit.
